Minds Up is a free, in school training programme facilitated by SEL Mind in Primary & Secondary Public Schools across 5 South East London Boroughs: Bromley, Lewisham, Greenwich, Lambeth & Southwark.

The programme aims to: increase young people’s awareness of their mental health and how they can recognise signs, providing insight into techniques and tools to better support their own mental health.
