Mums Matter is a perinatal mental health service designed and developed by mums for mums. The service aims to improve the mental health and well-being of new mums by empowering them with knowledge and understanding of perinatal mental health and expanding social networks.
Mums Matter supports mums with children aged 0- 2 years to manage every day, nurture themselves and dispel the many myths.
To join this service you must have at least one child aged 2 or under, and live within the Boroughs of Havering, Barking and Dagenham.
