Photography - I understand that photographs and filming in which my child / children or I feature in, or written words about, them or me, may be posted on websites, in the press or used in other ways with reference to participation in Track Academy activities, unless I have given prior notification in writing to Track Academy.
Mentoring and Education - Track Academy is an Education, Mentoring and Sports programme, and therefore reserves the right to manage and action necessary steps to ensure you - the student athletes, receives all Educational and Mentoring support necessary to ensure their continued participation at Track Academy. This includes, but not limited, to receiving school reports, attending revision classes, inquiring about the athlete's general wellbeing and arranging suitable mentors where appropriate. We agree to comply with all codes of conduct, policies and procedures of Track Academy. All personal information will be held for Academy purpose only.
Competition - As a Track Academy Student Athlete you will be given the opportunity to compete in order to improve your confidence at the following competitions: Middlesex County, South of England and National championships. All information will be given to you at a timely fashion. Regular club competition is also available. Please see Track Academy's front desk for more information about student athletes URN - Unique Runners Number an offical governing body registration number for competing athletes and our affiliation club with Thames Valley Harriers (TVH).
Communication - Please be aware for health and safety Track Academy's communication are presented in English.
Life Skills Builder - Is a framework for building essential life skills through sport. Track Academy indorses these values and are embedded in the fabric of our programme i.e. Homework Club, Saturday Supplementary School, Workshops, Discovery Classes, Mentoring and Sports activities. Key skills covered: Listening, Presenting, Networking/ social skills, Problem solving, Creativity, Aiming High, Discipline, Team working and Leadership.
FOR SAFEGUARDING, YOUR PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION - The new law is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and gives you more rights and control over how organisations use details like your name, email address, contact numbers and location history. We take our data protection responsibilities very seriously so we'll always let you know: what details we're collecting, why we're collecting them, how we'll use them, who we will (or won't) share them with and we'll delete them. Code of Conduct - Student Athletes are expected to adhere to the code of conduct at all times whilst training at Track Academy. Failure to adhere may lead to internal or external exclusion. Track Academy reserves the rights to retain 100% membership fees for low level or high level disruptive behaviour.
Parent Volunteers - From time to time parents volunteer their time to assist with events, competition and administration support. Should you wish to volunteer please contact us or approach Track Academy's front desk. Parents who volunteer their time and skills would be mentioned in our newsletter as a thank you for supporting Track Academy.
Membership Fee Schedule - Payments are made on 1st of each quarter:
Membership fees are paid quarterly throughout the year (January - March, April - June, July - September and October - December) covering the cost of coaching, discovery classes, workshops, some half terms and summer holidays activity programmes.
Multi Skills Training Group (aged 5 - 10 years old) usually £45 per child / per quarter. This programme is currently FREE until 29th June, 2024.
Mainstream Training Group (aged 11 - 21 years old) £50 per child / per young person/ per quarter.

Payment Methods - Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments. You can choose to pay through bank transfer or PayPal. Please kindly email admin@trackacademy.co.uk to confirm proof of payment (bank transfers only), as our business account statements are not available until the following month.
