2. Photography Consent
I understand that photographs, videos, or written content featuring my child/children or me may be used for promotional purposes by Track Academy, including on websites and in the press, unless I notify Track Academy in writing prior to participation.
3. Mentoring and Education
Track Academy reserves the right to take necessary steps to ensure that student-athletes receive Educational and Mentoring support. This includes obtaining school reports, arranging revision classes, monitoring general wellbeing, and assigning mentors where appropriate. All personal information collected will be used solely for Academy purposes.
4. Competition
As a Track Academy student-athlete, I will be provided opportunities to compete in events such as Middlesex County, South of England, and National Championships. Information will be communicated in a timely manner. For more details about URN (Unique Runners Number) and Track Academy’s affiliation with Thames Valley Harriers (TVH), please contact the front desk.
5. Communication
For health and safety reasons, all communications from Track Academy will be conducted in English.
6. Life Skills Builder
Track Academy promotes essential life skills through sport, including listening, presenting, networking, problem-solving, creativity, discipline, teamwork, staying positive, aiming high, team working and leadership. These skills are developed through our Homework Club, Saturday Supplementary School, Workshops, Discovery Classes and during the Athletics Training Sessions.
7. Data Protection
Track Academy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We are committed to safeguarding your personal information, including name, contact details, and location history. For inquiries regarding how we handle your data, please contact us at admin@trackacademy.co.uk.
8. Code of Conduct
Student-athletes are required to adhere to Track Academy's Code of Conduct at all times. Failure to comply with these standards may result in the appointment of a mentor to help guide behaviour improvement. Please note that membership fees are non-refundable in cases of disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
9. Parent Volunteers
We welcome parent volunteers for events, competitions, and administrative support. If you are interested, please contact us or approach the front desk. Volunteers will be acknowledged in our newsletter as a token of appreciation.
10. Household Income
Families in receipt of Universal Credit are eligible for reduced membership rates upon providing proof of income.
11. Membership Fee Schedule
Membership fees are paid quarterly (January–March, April–June, July–September, October–December) and cover coaching, discovery classes, workshops, and selected holiday programs.
For sibling rates or low-income family discounts, please inquire at the front desk.
12. Payment Methods
We do not accept cash payments. Payments can be made via Bank Transfer or PayPal.
