Thank you for your interest in South East London Mind (SEL Mind)’s Connect Peer Support groups.
We offer three 6‑week peer support groups - offering a supportive space for people to connect with others who may be experiencing similar mental health challenges.

The groups meet weekly, at a convenient community space in Lewisham (details provided upon registration).
Refreshments are provided.
