Our Journey2Adulthood (J2A)
A programme that helps care-experienced young people prepare for independent living. You’ll learn practical life skills like building knowledge on financial literacy, understanding your rights and entitlements, setting up a home, and building confidence as you transition into adulthood.
J2A is for young people who are:
- Are care-experienced
- Are aged 16–25
- Live in London
Bridge2Prevail Mentoring (B2P)
A mentoring programme that connects you with a trusted mentor who understands life in and around care. Your mentor will support you to build confidence, set goals, explore education or career opportunities, and navigate life’s challenges.
B2P is for young people who are:
- Are care-experienced, been impacted by the care system, or in kinship care
- Are aged 14–25
- Live in London
