Volunteer data processing & confidentiality consent
Inspire Suffolk has a code of practice governing the confidentiality of personal information. All staff, trustees and volunteers are required to sign the confidentiality statement.
You may have access to wide ranging information about clients – medical, financial, personal etc. It is vital to respect the confidentiality of such information. If you are unsure about an issue regarding the confidentiality of information consult your coordinator for guidance. The only exception to this is if you have been party to any information which raises a concern to you: for example, a child protection issue. In this case you will be expected to report it in accordance with Inspire’s safeguarding policy.
I understand that while volunteering with Inspire Suffolk I may come across information that is confidential. I agree that I will never disclose such confidential information to anyone outside of the Charity, except in line with Inspire’s safeguarding policy.

Volunteer Photo and Media Consent
I consent to Inspire and their media associates to photograph/film me (or the person named above if they are under 16) for any legal purpose including fundraising, press releases and Inspire materials. I will not expect nor will I receive any form of compensation for the media and I furthermore waive any future rights to compensation for use of these images. I also understand and agree that the images will remain the property of Inspire and the Charity shall retain all rights and privileges associated with ownership of these.
