For your child to be able to attend Vortex Gymnastics Academy, a yearly membership and IGA insurance is required.

Insurance is £35 yearly and is valid from 1st September to 31st August.
The insurance must be paid by the 2nd training session by bank transfer to 48342933 and 04-00-03.
This will be automatically renewed via Direct Debit in the following August ahead of the new membership term.

Monthly fees are due on the first day of each month. We prefer to collect Direct Debit payments via GoCardless. Please check your email account for an invitation from GoCardless and follow the link to set up the direct debit. 

Please note, your gymnast will not be able to train if membership and insurance are not kept up to date.

If you decide to leave, a month notice is required

Due to the new GDPR rules, UK Gymnastics only require your childs name and date of birth to insure them. we operate an open and transparent policy and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
