Agrees to the following in respect of future conduct:

• To recognise and respect difference in others (including culture, race, gender, disability, religion and sexual orientation).

• To show respect and care for the buildings, equipment and natural environment in which youth work programmes take place.

• To act responsibly to issues that affect health and safety and personal safety of themselves and others.

• To refrain from using physical assault or abusive language towards others.

• To be respectful towards staff and other participants during Youth sessions.

• To listen to and follow reasonable instructions from staff.

• To refrain from the illegal possession or consumption of alcohol or other non-prescribed drugs whilst taking part in youth work programmes.

• To not bring to, or be in the possession of, any item that can be used as a weapon, whilst taking part in any youth work programmes.


If any young person is in breach of this contract then they will be dealt with according to the severity of the breach. In most cases this will follow a warning system:
• the 1st warning is reminder of the rules, on
• the 2nd warning a young person is given a chance to speak to a member of staff or have a cooling off period

• if they then continue the behaviour and receive a 3rd warning then they will be asked to leave provision for the rest of the session.

Depending on how bad the breach is or if they refuse to leave, then they may be banned from further sessions, at the discretion of the Senior.


DECLRATION
I can confirm that I understand the meaning of this contract and the consequences of breach of the contract have been explained to me.
Photo & Media Consent
By signing this form, I give permission for WCHG to take and use photographs, video recordings, and other media of myself/my child during youth activities. These images may be used for promotional purposes on WCHG’s social media channels, website, printed materials, and other communication platforms. I understand that these materials may be shared publicly and that no personal information will be disclosed without additional consent. I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that I may withdraw consent at any time by contacting WCHG.
